Selection Procedure
Stage – I
(Registration For CET)
- Aspiring Candidates are required to register their name online at www.dte.org.in/mba for which application ID and Password Supplied in the Kit is required.
- The Online System Generates the Hall Ticket for CET bearing Name of the Candidate, the Photo and Signature of the Candidate, CET Centre, Venue and such other details.
- All India Candidates who wish to apply for admission through CAP (Centralized Admission Process) only on the basis of Score of CAT against All India Seats are Required to Compulsorily Register for CET. However the Hall Ticket for CET is not issued to such Candidates.
- The Maharashtra State Candidate can apply for All India Seats on the same Application ID. If He/She has appeared for CAT Examination. Such Candidates is given only one allotment which is highest choice either through All India Seats or Maharashtra State Seats.
Stage –II
Appearing for the Test and Declaration of result :-
- Candidates appear for MAH-CET Written examination at the designated venue as mentioned in the Hall Ticket.
- The Provisional Result of CET is declared on website of DTE.
- Each Maharshtra State Candidate is required to fetch 30 marks or more to be eligible for GD/PI and State Level Merit Number. If they use All India Score they are Counted for All India Seats that is 15%.
- All India Candidates are also enquired to secure 30 marks or more or secure equivalent score of 30 marks or more in All India Score to be eligible for Merit No.
State – III
Appearing for GD/PI and clearing Application Form for Admission at Application Receipt Centre (ARC)
- Candidate appears for both GD/PI at the designated venue, date and time as mentioned in the Call Letter, for that only Call Letter is required.
- Clearance of ARC can be done before or after GD/PI at any Centre of the State.
- Candidates are requires to Carry Original Documents for verification and submit Attested Xerox Copies of the following Certificates at the time of Confirmation of CAP Application from at the ARC:
- Certificate of Indian Nationality in the name of the Candidate i.e: The School Leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality of the Candidate, Indian passport, Birth Certificate.
- Mark sheet and passing certificate of HSC, SSC, Degree, if passed and got till that time. Such Candidates are required to submit the same up to Last Week of September.
- Receipt of payment made at post office while buying the Application form.
- If Candidates are using All India Score than that score card is also requires.
- Cast Certificate (if applicable)
- Any other relevant document.
Note: All above mentioned documents with CET Score Card, ARC Clearance Paper and College Allotment Letter with six sets of Attested Copies are also required at the time of admission.
Stage – IV
